· Patient ID associated with your admission to a hospital/clinic
Health Data
The App receives and processes ecg data and other vitals from CDL devices.
It also can capture body temperature, SpO2 through PPG data picked up via pulse oximetry, BP or temperature entered into the app based on measurement from reference devices.
We may collect:
· Device model and operating system version
· Diagnostic and error logs
· Bluetooth connection status
· Wifi or Mobile data connection status
· Location details
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
· Connect the App to CDL Devices -
· Receive and process ECG data
· Receive and process other Vitals Data such as respiration rate, SpO2, temperature and BP
· Receive and process data related to position or posture for the purpose of analysis or fall detection
· Upload and securely store ECG data on our servers
· Upload and securely store other vitals data on our servers
· Provide access to historical ECG records from our servers
· Provide records of patient vitals trends
· Improve application performance and reliability
· Respond to customer support requests
· Comply with regulatory requirements
· Used anonymously for publishing academic papers or research reports
For our AI learning models
Bluetooth Access
The App uses Bluetooth functionality solely to communicate with authorized CDL Devices [RS1] and retrieve ECG recordings and manual triggers from push buttons on the CDL devices. Bluetooth permissions are not used for advertising, tracking, or unrelated purposes.
Data Storage and Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
Data Sharing
